To make a return contact us by chat or email, email@example.com. Please do this within 30 days or less about the expected return.Once we receive the return we will apply full store credit to your account unless a refund to the original payment method is specified.
Your returns are eligible for full store credit or refund IF:
- Notify us of you returning the item within 30 days. Anything after falls under store credit.
- Items arriving between 30 to 45 days are given store credit.
- The item has to be sent back new, no odd smells and undamaged so it can be restocked and sold.
- Caveat— Yarn wound in a ball will NOT be returnable**

- Custom dyed orders are not eligible for refunds.
- ”Destashed yarn”, specials or discounts sales are FINAL.
- No returns on items sold at a discount are accepted.
- We are NOT responsible for shipping errors based on incorrect delivery information, nor the cost of damaged items related to that error.
