Spinning Up My Hand Dyed Fleece - Video

It was so much fun speckling the dyes onto my farm fleece.  (We raise Coopworth Sheep) It was a mixture of purples, blues, greens and red and the there wasn't any specific pattern of dyeing.

The tool that I used is a hand turned drop spindle that my hubby made for me.  It's a bottom whirl and oak is used for the whorl and maple for the shaft.
