How To Knit: A Textured Knit Stitch

This stitch is full of fun ways to work with yarn.  These are the abbreviations that you learn.

YF- yarn front

YB- yarn back

SL1 purlwise- slip 1 stitch purl wise

It's a 2 row pattern and in multiples of 2 +1.

It's a 2 row pattern and in multiples of 2 +1. Row1 (RS) - purl Row 2- K1, *yf, sl 1 purlwise, yb, kn1; repeat from 8 to end. Keep repeating these 2 rows.
